Ski Trip Info
Each of the ASBCLA trips are run and organized by a different trip leader who coordinates transportation, meals and rooming assignments. (ASBCLA does all that work for you!)
Drive-up Trips (to Mammoth):
The cost of the DRIVE-UP TRIPS includes:
Two-night accomodations at Lake View Villa Condos or Mammoth Mountain Inn
Continental breakfasts and light snacks
Note: Ski lift passes and lunches are not provided.
Features & Itinerary:
A free Mammoth Mountain shuttle will transport you to Canyon Lodge or the Main Lodge via a transfer in town. There are posted bus stops along the main roads in the area including one in front of Lake View Villa Condos.
Carpools are arranged by the trip leader and usually leaves the L.A. area by 5-6 PM (depending on the driver and passengers) on Friday evening. Plan to ski all day Saturday and Sunday and return to L.A. area late Sunday evening.
Chartered Bus Trips (to Mammoth):
The cost of the CHARTERED BUS TRIPS includes:
Round-trip, chartered bus transportation (South Bay & San Fernando Valley pick-up points)
Two-night accomodations at Mammoth Mountain Inn featuring walk to ski lifts convenience, or at Lakeview Villa Condos with free shuttles to lifts
In-transit snacks and drinks
Continental breakfasts
Delicious home-cooked dinner Saturday night

Features & Itinerary:
Enjoy Mammoth Mountain Inn, the only walk-to-ski-lift resort with plush suites and full kitchens. Lakeview Villas is conveniently located in the town of Mammoth and the ski lifts are easily accessible by free Mammoth shuttles that run every 15 minutes from early morning to 5:30PM.
The chartered bus usually leaves the L.A. area by 7PM and arrives at Mammoth around 1AM with a stop in Lancaster/Palmdale for a quick meal. Plan to ski all day Saturday and Sunday. Bus will depart at 4:30PM Sunday with a stop for a quick meal in Bishop on the return trip. Plan to arrive at first drop off point in San Fernando Valley between 9:30-10PM.
The Asian Ski & Board Club of L.A. is a non-profit organization, so our members get a good deal along with a no-hassle, fun-filled ski trip! Non-members are always welcome to join us but do pay a slight premium over published prices. Membership does have its privileges!
